SAM Sites

Building SAM Sites on the Starport page just takes my money (46.5b) and doesn't start building anything. Also it doesn't refund when you hit reverse recent orders, though it does display the link.
Edit - It looks like maybe it's building them but something just not showing up along the way... I know I spent 46.5b on it, and when I would hit reverse action no money would be refunded, but there's no SAM sites displayed in the queue. I do have 15 built though, one turn later.

had some issues with getting the reversal to work, will get it fixed shortly
