One thing I've learned about haggling is to start off better than what you're minimum is. Basically, 40m for 100$ is a good price, but that's not saying I won't take 35 or even 30m UU for 100$

But Speed he has more UU, and has more total tech then you do..
However Speed has at UP of 60k and Steve has 47.5k

The way I would value them is UU times what I want to pay then add some for the account itself. Which most of the time is 20-30$.

IF I really wanted to get the account Speed I would offer 200$. Or I would try for less if you were REALLY trying to leave. But since 200$ is well over what I am willing to put up, and you aren't REALLY trying to leave. You are just after $.

there is no 7200 weapons, so you saying you can now get level 12 for weapons. thats only 900b
30k Ats is a nice chuck of change though.

The best way to get your account worth more $ is to buy as much UU as you can.

So I suggest you sell all 30k AT's for UU and buy UU with your saved up kuwal.
