Soldier power

Soldiers are now the ex-supers. And they still give you a 10x the power of the weapon they are equipped with. Still, there's no tooltip about this. It should be either specified that each soldier gives you 10x the power of the equipped weapon, or the stats using soldiers (i.e. strike and defense) should be divided by 10 so the math comes right.
