I think you were trying to say that players don't vote due to not liking/enjoying the game and they don't want to support it.
If that's what your saying then yes I do agree with it.
I don't vote as I don't currently enjoy the game. Updates that have been said haven't been put out yet other games in the same company are being updated/restarted.

I vote every day because I like the game. Even though I do not receive the new players bonuses anymore, I still continue to vote.
