No officer bonus

Is this a bug?

Under my unit production, although i have a few officers, it says i have no officer bonus

whats your officer rate?
100%?

He has a rate of 100%

kaiballz, if you give 100% uu to your officer, there is 0% left for you.

shouldnt there be some other kind of reward/bonus for breaking even?

There is no brake even point in the commander officer relationship, because no one is losing anything, there are only gains.

If you set 100%, you are not braking even, you simply give all bonus to your officer and keep nothing. It's a trend, very common in RA, imho pretty useless to have officers if you don't keep any gain at all, I dont understand why people keep doing it.

Thats because you care only for yourself and your account. If everyone had 1 officer and everyone was set to 100% then everyone gets the maximun amount and everyone wins.

The system in place now simply makes it so you use someone else and your gains are not based on what you do or how you build your account, but its based on what others do, how they build their account, and how you can take advantage of someone else.
