Training troops bug

I`ve left yesterday @31-32k workers to train.


When I logged in now there are 26k workers to build.

At a rate of training of 800/turn, in 10 hours there should of been trained @16k workers, not 6-7k as it is now.

Please check it out.

are you sure you are looking at the correct facilities.
workers means that you need schools for them to get trained
