maybe. i dont think so.

i could but i have no clue about the effectivness of such building.
people from beta have a big advantage as they know all weapon value & building cost / tree.


maybe you should post into the FAQ section if you want this building explained.

I have construction yard and my research facility is only 2 turns away from beings complete afro. I have a question though, has anyone built the re-education facility yet (the one that costs 60,000,000,000)?
