Negative Officer Distribution

I recently got rid of my income units...
But I am getting kuwal from my CO
Or is it costing me more then what I get from my CO?

Yes i told him about it as he is my co this is what i get:

Total Realm Production 121,538,775
Commander Benefit (Commander Rate) -99,509 (-1,735)
Officer Distribution 39,666,000
Empire Total 81,773,266

I made the math

Total Realm Production 121,538,775 - Officer Distribution 39,666,000 = 81,872,775

81,872,775 - Empire Total 81,773,266 = 99,509

And then i can refere back to following: Commander Benefit (Commander Rate) -99,509 (-1,735)

I booted an officer, and its back to positive, not sure for how long tho. as I have no income units, I only have units in training

k, i know what it's coming from but making the fix will take a bit longer than one moment since it's a rather extensive change
