Alliances

So I dont know much about this game yet but why are all the active people joining the same alliance? That seems to me will lead to a very boring server.

Start your own and draw players to it mate

At least on reset, the larger the alliance, the slower their growth rate.

I think its counter productive on reset. You shouldn't slow down a reset server. That update was far better suited for main.

I agree that the alliance set-up is counter-productive to good play on Reset. I do believe that this is another hold-over from importing accounts directly over from Main. I joined WR (now called Peace by the Sword) on Reset while it was still hidden and didn't realize how many players it had. Honestly, I would be much better off if I was NOT in it, as the best farms are in PbtS, which I have not taken advantage of in the name of alliance harmony.

Excepting the fact that friends would gang up with or without alliances, I would almost prefer that alliances didn't exist. But, while bashing sabotage and assault coding, I think Admin has done a pretty good job in regards to alliance rules/coding.
