Some of the units you gain from UP become trained as attack soldiers instead of untrained units.

Each race will now produce extra trained military units to help them in their struggle. Hualu gets a random class of units each turn, they cannot control which class they will get. This bonus is based on your unit production.

Yes, and once you get 10 days worth of your RAW UP (i assume the total does not matter with this), then it will stop adding free units.
