Warning complaint

Why was i warned in: https://aderanwars.forumotion.com/alliance-recruitment-f19/rsr-countdown-to-stealth-5-t1654-15.htm#19185 ?

I dont see any reason for warn, sandwalker himself started a spam in his own topic and i continued it, we both or none of us should be warned

Why would he wrote *only* 5 if the topic name is: RSR countdown to stealth: 5. Im sorry but that 5 looks like a pure spam to me, i didnt want to hurt Sandwalker's feelings with that and as i often do on msn when he asks for it.

unless for some reason you became somehow affiliated with him and he allowed you to continue it then i'll apologize and remove the warning
otherwise it was clearly a post just to poke fun at/ridicule his method of recruitment which is something that is obviously not allowed in that particular section

Yeah well, if the users know that the mods will think like that, they will probably abuse the report button.... so it's not a very good example.

I'm pretty sure that the style my post was written in might maybe qualify as spam at best (in which case the other 3-6 posts discussing the meaning behind the name of the alliance would also qualify for that, or at least some of those posts)
but it would be hard for anyone to try and argue that it was meant as genuine dissing of tie.

I don't see uro's post as spam. It was and is my topic. I think I should have a say as to what I want or do not want in it. I didn't see a problem with nigatsu's reply to king either.

Posting 4 [within minutes I believe] after I just posted 5 just seemed a little too high on the spam-meter for me. And I know buhcore. He's just not a bright enough firefly to even think of making fun of my countdown. In our chats on MSN his greatest comeback to date has been "No, you!" followed closely by "You're gay because I have big, manly hands." [true story]. He just saw 7, 6, 5 and a spark went off: "SPAM TIME hurr durr!".

I wanted the thread clean of obvious-spam. If it was a witty attempt at me or my style or what-have-you, I would have accepted it. Nothing wrong with that. I enjoy a good roasting. But posting "4" after "5" ... I don't want that internetz'r'us crap on my thread.

I found your post funny... i love sarcasm most of the times... and tbh it was quite welcome. Random sarcasm, or funny posts should be permitted on all forums, without giving warnings. The forums shouldn't be policed to extreme or else they won't be fun anymore. IMO, only exagerated spam (repeated again and again in areas where it doesn't belong to) should be punished.

if someone wants to make a point, i.e. sandwalkers countdown then it's obviously off topic and seriously screwed up if you make fun of it in his own alliance recruitment thread.

actually Dune, after i posted that "4" you immediately clicked me on msn and started asking stupid questions just to be able to talk with me, twist my words and wait for me to say something stupid and then post it on forum (as you did it before) I guess thats how you defend your topics, i mean pride. It's also very adult from you, but it was fun.
