I calculated the rate like this :
Raiding in aw for minimum 600 UUs( = 100m kuwal ) per hit
Farming in sgw for minimum 30 bill per hit
30 bill in sgw <-> 60k UUs in SGW ( 500b naq for 1m UUs )
So the rate is 600 UUs <-> 60k UUs thus 10k UUs in aderan for 1m UUs in SGW ( at the time I wrote this message ).

All I have to say is wow. Check your uu worth on AW. It is a little flawed :S
