the second time around...

The Black Dragons Have voted to have a second race; for those of you who might be interested in keeping up, I will post the stats here on a weekly basis.(as this is going to be a much longer race than our first one). as before all are welcome to comment or cheer on your favorite Dragon... there are however a few changes since the first race & I will explain them here... we have in the last few days recruited 2 new members to our alliance; Miglow & Manleva; Manleva has opted not to race, & that is ok with us... Miglow has chosen to race; due to his army size Miglow will be racing to the 1 million total population mark; & to the 9,600 RAW U/P mark. At the same time Dragoness, Paladius, Quest, & myself shall be headed full tilt towards the 3 million total population mark, & the 15,000 RAW U/P...
Here is how it is going to work; if miglow "wins" then he will be proclaimed a winner & his winnings paid to him, at the same time the rest of us shall continue to race until a "second winner" is chosen; & their winnings shall be paid to them...

in this race each contestant who did not "win" shall pay to the "winner" an amount of kuwal equal to 48 turns, based on the "winners" income (on normal) at the time of reaching 3 million total population, & shall pay unto the U/P "winner" the sum of 15,000 UU. with the exception of miglow for obvious reasons... now for the stats:
