Agree with nomad or anyone else looking into the idea this way :-) of not allowing a bank. I will approve of a bank if it can not be abbused. sounds stupid maybe to some :-)

I dont really care, its a two edge sword.

on one hand its easier the more people who can make things happen, but also more chance for confusion and mistakes.

well there should be a control mechanism giving all members the right to see what was withdrawn and by whom. plus also who approved it

If you have a debt, you cannot withdraw anymore until you cover it. Add this:

how about having an alliance bank that only taxes the members that use it?
the % taken as payment for using it goes into another section similar to savings ina real bank, only this money CANNOT be withdrawn, instead a % of the alliance tax fund goes into the actual ingame market meaning the market grows also, the remainder of the kuwal gained through alliance bank taxation would then be autmatically allocated to the lowest ranked member within the alliance on a weekly basis, this way, if you dont want to pay an alliance tax you dont have to, but if you do you do so on the understanding that you will be paying a % of the kuwal deposited as a taxation for using that feature, this way, if you want to pay alliance tax, you can, and as abonus theres always a place to store excess kuwal (for when your bank is already full and need extra for that next level)
and if you dont want to pay alliance tax then you dont have to, but you also wont get use of the allaince bank....

there's not gonna be any taxation, that's for certain

I think that there should be a voluntary tax, which means that each member who wants to pay the tax will have to activate it. He/she will pay the tax for one week and must activate paying tax again before the week ends to pay for the tax in the next week.

It should be visible how much each member deposited and has withdrawn altogether (NET total = deposits - withdrawals), AND how many days the member paid the tax

The tax should be anywhere between 1% to 5% of the daily income (at the normal work condition) and be deducted 4 times a day. (Altogether 1%-5% of daily income would be paid each day)

The alliance should have the possibility to turn alliance taxing off.

Poll shows that 12 people are in favor of alliance banks and 12 people are against alliance banks in any form.
I guess we should have alliance taxing in a restricted manner so that the system can't be abused (much) and we improve gameplay.

well some clear definition is needed as all i see is whats not going to be and its rather confusing TBH.

well the thread is started by you as a proposition, and admin say what wont happen, so that means he has an idea/plan already, so if he would simply give his idea/opinion it would help greatly as this has kinna become a "tail chase"

i'm working on something but i'm still changing ideas as i go so when it's done it will be done and you can look at it on the test server, then discuss, suggest and whatever.
