Questions about the /construction.php

Buildings that we know. They are sorted how they become available.

Construction Yard Level 1
- Training Facility
- Weapons Factory
- Re-education Facility
- Research Center

Construction Yard Level 2
-Advanced Research Center
- Starport
-- Unknown building
-- Unknown building

Construction Yard Level 3
- Advanced Fighter Factory
- Space Station Components Factory
- High-Tech Research Center

How many of these work?
I know all buildings that come with Construction Yard 1 work.
The rest don't work that I have built, unless its something I was missing.
I am guessing that Advanced Fighter Factory, and Space Station Components Factory shouldn't come seen with just getting Construction Yard Level 3. But require Construction Yard Level 3 and Starport to be built.

Are there any plans or ideas for these buildings.

I love how the game has things you can do other then buy levels and get units. It makes it a bit more thought full on what to work on. Means you have to think about what to do with the account before having to do it.
