Weapon Smugglers Inconsistent amount displayed

On the first page showing best offer by level:
Weapon - Power - Upkeep - Cost - Amount
Main Battle Tank - 1,100 - 2,310 - 462,000 (150 %) - 1

On the 'Displaying offers for Main Battle Tank' page:

Cost per Weapon - Max Amount
462,000 (150 %) - 114,761

As you can see the amounts for the best offer differ substantially. I assume this is because there is multiple offers for 150% price and only one of them, that happens to be for only 1 weapon, is displayed in the first screen.
