Ingame Alliance forum link

Could it be made like the AW forum link? So that it opens the forums in a different tab?

i always just used the hotkey to do that, but that works too

personally i use middle mouse button to open it in a new tab because most of the time i dont want the browser to focus on forum link immediately

but whatever, from a code perspective it's pretty much zero difference
