it is legal to sell access to the account and or the resources within it, however ''having an account only to continually sell resources to others without playing the game as it is meant to be is not allowed.''


it should also be noted that all accounts are the property of the game etc etc, and by effect you are sellign the right to use the account rather than the account itself - that is my interpretaton

the interpretation doesnt really matter. For all I care it doesnt even exist, right up to the moment someone tries to play smart and have the hilarious idea trying to combine RL law and courts with a free internet game.

maybe I haven't comprehend the last post...but who's trying that...even if I saw that at some...

selling some resources is ok, but continually selling most of what you produce is forbidden in the game.

Of course there is no clear line what is still legal and what not.
Therefore I advise you to play safe.

If you sell 10% of what you produce, you should be fine.

PS: all cash trades between players are at your own risk.
