Price on top account

Well basicaly I was wondering if I was selling how much I would get for my account. It doesn't have to mean I'm selling at all, and it doesn't have to mean I wouldn't sell for a very good offer. I thought to put this topic to get a little feel on price.

A few account details:
* 450K+ army size
* 3,500 raw up
* weapon level 10
* spy and assasin lvl 2,240
* 16M+ realm production income (=no co or officers)
* Income units ratio farmers 25%; workers 20%; miners 55%
* Defence, Covert, Assasin actions all ranl Top 10

Account was rank 1 army from the beginning. Currently ranked 6 army, lack of time for raiding. Nice raiding list in combination with Re-Education Facility (higher raiding hits), Top 10 stats in defence, spy and assasin power keeps your income safe, keeps you safe from sabotages and assassinations, and makes this account perfect for raiding.

You can convert it into anything with a few days of income though.
