that's what it says but the problem is i can't change it :s

but it says he never changed them? I thought by default everyone got 1 change?

yeh but there was a bug up to very recently (couple days ago) that it didn't record when you actually changed it.
but it's fixed now.

indeed 0 left but their went by 60 days to my previous stats change so ....

where does it say you get one after 60 days?
