i hate when it shows me here... someone set you neutral.. someone set you war.. and then how am i suppose to find him.. wouldnt it be better to just click on his name here and you would come to his page..

or just to have an option to hide this pager.. couse its just annoying me

and another question:
what is point of awards? do you get any bonuses or its just for you soo you know your the best

no, because that's an unnecesary if statement at each notice that it would have to check if it was an attack or relation, then have to get their data, then link it...

no benefit.
hiding the pager, why would you want to do that?
might save your account one day

Besides once it reaches a certain size it turns into a scrollbar table, so it won't stretch for ever.

oh yeah and medals don't do anything, just a show off thing
