New kind of attack

I'm thinking it would be interesting to have a new kind of attack : one that would transform workers and miners into menial workers (unraidable units with 20 income).

Of course the % of units converted should be bigger then killing them .... invasion kills 0.25% of miners and 0.1% of workers .... and the cost should be lower the invasion. Something like 1-1.5% respectivly 0.5-0.75% it's ok I believe.

Of course the menial workers will transform back to UU but I would suggest to have a variable rate .... 1 per turn is a bit too low .... I was thinking 1-2% per day which is about 0.2 - 0.4% per turn.

there is already enaugh ways too kill something..
but there are none at..

ehm no menial workers will get removed once no one has any left. It was a temporary fix and I never intended of leaving them ingame long term
