Construction

Not sure if it's a bug or not but I was building some training facilities and wasn't sure how many I could afford with the cash I had on hand. So I just built 19, then I had some cash left and tried to add 5 more. Now your supposed to be able to build 40 per turn but I could not add any more.

Should you not be able to add more in? I.E pay for more and add it to the queue to be built-like putting 21 more in to be built that turn. Or even pay for more and have them built over the next few turns?

It's not quite a bug I would say.

Consider that it takes some time to your order to get to the construction crew.

constructing a building is not like purchasing a pen.

It takes planning, purchase of raw materials, dispatching workers, etc.
You can't just change the plan in the middle of the work.

Ok, added that you can append a construction. If you're building training facilities you can order to build more without having to wait for the previous construction to be finished.

so what is the point of the wepon factories? i can build wepons normaly at the normal rate unlike the training.. so why build wep factories??

because i'll code the same thing with weapon factories as has been done with training, I just haven't done it yet

although you can't really say i'm being lazy and not doing anything else either, plus there's still RL
