I pressed the button to reverse a decision as I'd immediately changed my mind, It said reversed but nothing happened.(doesn't matter now just reporting)

Ok, since it actually works for me...

any chance you also put some airforce related factories into production? because then obviously you cannot cancel airport construction

you would have gotten a different error message though

I was building aircraft in the airport section sorry for the confusion, It still isn't reversing just tried it.
