Tooltip for total power. Empty Tooltip for total power.

From what has been said in other topics I am under the impression that total power affects your rank.

If so the tooltip for total power is wrong, as it says it doesn't, it only affects alliance rank.

I know that tooltip is correct for main server, but I am under the impression it is wrong in RA sever.

Total power affects players rank, but it doesn't affect alliance rank. It will be corrected. Thank you!
