You cannot change your stance with an entire alliance more than twice per day.

I have not set any alliance to war or peace for SUCH A LONG LONG TIME. And today I tried to set war to my alliance and I got the above error. Something may be incorrectly coded? Please look into this.

ok, found and fixed
something was bugged with checking the user who changed the relation (i.e. only one person globally could change relation to any particular alliance per day lol)
