Can't add new Alliance members

When I try to accept a new member into VICTORYorDEATH I get this message.
"The alliance is already at maximum size. The leader must first build more Embassies"
But I am the only member at this time and we should be allowed 5.

Built 2 Embassies and still not allowed to add any new members.

I have the same somewhere else. Alliance has less than five members.

will look into this, when i released it, it wasn't easy to pre-test it out

ok, found a few errors which most likely caused the problems
uploaded the new files so let me know if it still doesn't work
