cannot add trade offer Empty cannot add trade offer

I was trying to add an offer to sell 710 UU at a rate of 100k Kuwal per UU. The market thinks this rate is unrealistic and won't accept anything over 0 Kuwal (giving them away for free). I assume this is because there are no offers on the market yet.
