what about The Advanced Research Facility .

The Custom Tech upgrades .
Covert , attack, Assassins, defense

this should be the part where accounts can actual get an edge over others .
u pick 2 tech paths . ( specialized races get an extra 0.25% per increase of their stat , huala's get a 0.10% per increase )

Primary and secondary
Primary is a 2% increase
Secondary is a 1.5% increase
all other techs are a 1% .

If a danning wanted to max out his attack

his primary custom tech of attack would give him 2.25% per increase
if he had attack as his secondary tech he would get a 1.75% per increase.
If a danning kept his attack stat as other he would get a 1.25% per increase

If a huala wanted defense as their primary they would get 2.1% increase .

why is Haula less then 1/2?

specialized races get an extra 0.25% per increase of their stat , huala's get a 0.10% per increase

Thats crap, we should get 1.75% not less then 1/2

nope. u pick 2 tech s a primary and secondary . these 2 get a better increase then other other techs.

for example .
your a huala and pick defense as your primary and attack as your secondary

Primary and secondary
Primary is a 2% increase so huala's defense tech in this case would be 2.1%
Secondary is a 1.5% increase huala in attack in this case would get 1.6%
all other techs are a 1% . huala in covert & Assassin would be 1.1%

lets say a Miraya picked the same custom tech path as you .

Primary and secondary
Primary is a 2% increase A Miraya with Defense as primary would be 2.25%
Secondary is a 1.5% increase a Miraya with attack as secondary would be 1.5%
all other techs are a 1% . a Miraya with Covert & assassin would be 1%

You Choose your Custom tech path . vs Basic techs all being a 1% increase .

Custom techs are not basic techs .

Military Stats Division
Total Power = Base value x (Basic Tech Boost + Custom Tech Boost + Personal Stat Bonus)
Stat Base Value Basic Techs Custom Tech Bonus Personal Bonus Total Power
