Merc tool tip

It says you can only have 3 for every normal and super that you own.
1. This needs to be updated as there are no more supers
2. Can this be bumped to 6 since again no more supers

It can't be increased to 6, because you can have only 3 for each soldier you have.
If you trained supers or normals it would not double the number of troops. The number of uu you used in training is what is important.

while kenzu probably didn't explain it correctly, the end result is the same.

before it was (supers + normals ) /3 = mercs
now it's normals / 3 = mercs
