cant train military units.

suddently I was not allowed to train more mlitary units, saying that my realm cant support them

BUT miliary units have no upkeep, I should be allowed to train them.

I decided to train some income units, I trained 60.000 miners

after they got trained I am still not allowed to train more military units.

I think this is a bug, my current income is 63 million times 4.
This bug might have been caused by me having more weapons than trained soldiers I guess.

It's been happening to us bigger guys for a while now, I think T1T2 brought this up before

if you see that message it means even the income lost from these units is already too much

This makes no sense if what kenzu says is true? no upkeep on units? or is it the weapons upkeep thats hanging them?

obviously it's the weapons upkeep

it's just that he might be able to train 100 uu's into spies, but if he tries to train 100k uu's then his income will drop below the critical threshold.

Not that anyone can see that mystical critical threshold.

perhaps include a ratio or some sort of indicator... similar to the one that u have for trade in main... within the next reset round, that way the player can plan a strategy properly and knows when/if they need to improve their income without getting to this wall when all they can do is buy income units and wait for the ratio to right itself... it can be v frustrating if u'v set urself a goal and all ur planning goes down the drain when u cant do anything on the last day

the threshold's easy

going on critical will get you a negative income if you have no commander.

why just reset, all servers have it.
