Attack modifier

It's all fun and games that it's 75 % what you can get - but it stops being fun the moment you start farming and you get a few consecutive minimum modifiers and have to repay people cause your hits are illegal due to a thing you have no influence on. I'm serious. I have a 2.5 b strike. I got in so many 75 % hits that it's not even funny anymore... I understand some fluctuation has to be there for the fun of it but it's not fun if I loose 500 m of my strike - which renders a hit ridiculous.

Lemme examplify:

I see a target with a 3 b def and 2.3 b kuwal out. If I get anywhere near my normal strike (2.5) - I loose around 2.2 k units (about 1.4 b losses) and take about 1.8-2 b kuwal off that target, making my hit legal, fair and reasonable. However what I DID get was a nice modifier and hit with a 2 b strike. The result? 2.67 k losses (1.7b) and stole only 1.5 b kuwal. So now I have to repay that target because of the randomness of the attack modifier...

Imo this one has way too much influence on the actual gameplay to be good. And please don't nobody tell me that I can also get 15% or something bonus to my strike cause that one has no real point either.

So my suggestion would be to please change it back to at least 85 % but even that would be too low imo ...

Do not take this the wrong way; but now you know one of the many reasons that I only hit 0 defense inactives...

Ok, will change the formula a bit so that getting the "extreme" values is less likely than the "average" values

ok, changed the random modifier to a normal distribution.

68% of your attacks should be between 90 and 105%
95% of your attacks should be between 83 and 112%

Min is 75, max is 120%
In my testing i got these extreme values 5-6 times each for every 20,000 attacks.

For the less mathematically adept:
1 out of every 40 attacks will deal less than 83% of your natural value causing you significantly less profits than expected
