this needs to be updated if thats legal again

* Sending 100.000 untrained to a friend
* Selling 1 million untrained for real cash
* Buying 1.000 untrained for 50k per untrained.
* Buying an account and transfering resources (untrained, kuwal, attack turns) from one account to another.
* Sending ingame resources without receiving a fair value of ingame resources back.
* Paying your officers unreasonably high rates
* Paying your officers unreasonably low rates
* Any action that gives a player an advantage in resources at the cost of a another player.

I do not mean this as spam, just trying to understand if this is legal/illegal...

it looks to me like either of these could be used in this situation, & if I am reading them correctly, they both say that this is an illegal activity. someone please correct me if I am wrong... Also please direct me to the appropriate information page as the above is the only info on this subject that I could find...

Just going to take a stabb, but Admin does need to clarify as the changes in the page are a bit confusing, but heres my stabb

Does not apply to this situation as he is wanting to make a 1 time deal for 2 mill men. Now if he had a thread selling every week or so then yes this applies. The 1 time sale of 2 mill men may be for $$ reserves to buy himself or friends SS packs or something of a similar nature. I Do not know. I just assume (and you know what assuming does), but I assume that 1 time sales, or even multiple sales spread out over LONG periods of time are allowed as long as you are still actively playing, and your account continues to grow and not shrink.

He is not selling the account all together, just 2 mill men. I assume he wants to continue playing but is in need of $$ for something such as a r/l issue or SS packs in this game or another, or maybe a E-bay purchase IDK.

Thats just my stabb at it.
