Covert Turns and Sabotage
I notice that the maximum number of Covert Turns that a player can have is 60.
Does this number increase in time?
And while i`m still at this subject... can someone be covert phased like in SGW or they can be (thoreticaly) sabbed infinitely?
And also would be nice to know something about the penalties in a successfull/failed sabotage .

Re: Covert Turns and Sabotage
i might maybe add techs for you to increase max covert capacity
you cannot get phased, so basically you can get sabbed infinitely just like you can get attacked infinitely without getting phased.
But sabbing takes both covert and supply turns so that already limits how often people will get sabbed during and out of wars (no supply turns means you can't farm or raid either)
5% lost on success, 75% lost on a failed attempt (so better make very sure how much you need to send)
