War setting bug

(habbit from SGW by declaring war on players for farming purposes)

On the outbox it displays:

Nigatsu_Aka Wurmy Nigatsu_Aka has set you to War [20 Jan] 04:49 reply delete
Nigatsu_Aka Wurmy Nigatsu_Aka has set you to War [20 Jan] 01:04 reply delete

On the player profile it displays:

Name: Wurmy [ World Republic ]
Commander: keinutnai
Race: Kyora
Rank: 93
Treasury: xxx Kuwal
Defense level: xxx
Army Size: xxx
Relation (Yours/Theirs): Neutral / Neutral
------------------------

On the search page it displays:

93 Wurmy
[ World Republic ] xxx Kyora xxx Kuwal
------------------------

And this player is not displayed in the personal relation log, in the "war declared by you"


So, it`s not displaying correctly the war setting, or it`s not working anylonger.
But i do have players set to war, previous than today.
For example:

Name: Karl Marx [ World Republic ]
Commander: october 17
Race: Miraya
Rank: 172
Treasury: xxx Kuwal
Defense level: xxx
Army Size: xxx
Relation (Yours/Theirs): War / Neutral

I also noticed that there are some more settings not displaying/working correctly:

1 fixed the bug
2 it actually worked if you had set someone to peace and then to war lol
