I know I have asked this before, and got an answer before but I can not find it anywhere.

Where does it tell the average army size?

click on income, then hover over the admin eff stuff

Just in case anyone else is reading this and is having trouble, you must have tooltips enabled to see it.

In case you don't know you can enable them in display options, under preferences on your base page.
