Att buttons/relations

On main if you are set to peace the attack buttons disappear, but on the test server they do not, they just do not work. Not sure if it was intentional, just letting you know.

if you go on protection (just activate a 4 hour one) and then open a stats page then you'll see why

1) yes, it's intentional
2) and yes, there's a number of reasons why i decided to do it

it's one of the less obvious changes

oh yeh in case you bypass that, it still wont allow you to do some offensive mission on a target with peace setting

You are protected from Attacks
You cannot order any missions unless you agree to lose your protection (tick the box and accept)
