Officer Pay rate bug

I noticed that if I set my Officer pay rate to 200k in overtime, it works fine.
But if I set my work conditions to Normal or Relaxed, the number automatically changes to a random one.

change your ingame rate and put it back it will fix itself.

you can only pay max 40% of your own income to your officers

- Apparently when you go on overtime, you can barely produce enough income to pay the 200k rate to your chaps and chapettes.
When you leave overtime, your income drops and you can no longer pay the 200k rate because your own income is not large enough anymore.
The game being nice as it is, instead of kicking out all the officers you can't support, it will automatically tone down the rate for you to be able to receive the max possible amount of units for the 40% of your income you give out.
