positive that 2 people hit him at the same time.

so now I added a fix, and tested it by setting the code that i steal 150% of the kuwal out (which should have made the target end up with negative kuwal)

End result will be that you only gain whatever they had still on hand after the first attack.
However the log will say what you "should" have gotten.

Hm, so you'll have like "50m stolen" in your log, but since they only had 5m left from that original 50m, you'll have 5m in your hand?

I would have made it that even your log shows 5 mil stolen but for practical reasons that is not possible, or at least not without significant effort which is not worth the effect
