Hachigan and New Federation will protect each other against unwarranted hostile acts from another alliance or players.
If acts of war are committed against one of our alliances and the alliance goes to war against the agressor because of it, then the other alliance will join that war to the best of their abilities, unless asked not to by the alliance at war.
