Alliance army size

The army size for FIP totals to 719,808 according to the alliance info screen, whereas we have three players at 300k+, including me at 500k+. And we have been at similar sizes for at least a week. I don't think it adds up correctly.
Also, I thought that at 500k, I'd get a silver people's award, but I haven't seen it.

I could be wrong but I don't think the silver peoples award is 500k - I'm 600k and I don't have it...

At 1 million pop you get the silver peoples award .

Its 1mil pop , trust me when i hit 1 mil i got it .

Calviander does seem to be quite inactive.. judging from the state of his account, as far as that is reliable.

Well I hope Calviander is inactive as I (Among others probably) have farmed him(her) quite abit. I havn't got any PMs from him(her) about it and he(she) didn't repair weapons ever so...

Also does your leader have to log in for the Army size (And other stats) to update?

probably because you are training some units.

As far as I know, units in training are not counted.

I think Admin might have explained. If he is correct, we will have a workaround in place end of this week.
Update: we have a workaround in place: it is called New Federation and it is recruiting. The FIP still shows a power of 700M-ish and 4 members, which is not accurate, given that all but one have moved to the New Federation. I noticed the total power and member size updated when I left, but not since. Maybe because I pressed the leave button and the rest probably just accepted my invitation.
