Re: administrative eficiency BUG
things do seem to be off to me as the G.A.A.S. is 36,400,461 atm, I have an A.E. of 82.71% with an army size of 89,430,500. could be correct tho, I am unsure.

Re: administrative eficiency BUG
My AE is at 70% with 125m population.
Things are definitely screwed up.
Edit:now it's down to 56%. Is there a problem with avg army size?

Re: administrative eficiency BUG
34.82 % was nearly 42% the last few days
Looking through TMI, I can see that some could be correct but others have larger army sizes by 50% but higher AE.
So something is not right.

Re: administrative eficiency BUG
Atm, the G.A.A.S. is 53,364,324, my current army size is 89,683,500, my current A.E. is 78.18%. this seems closer to being correct than what I was showing yesterday.

Re: administrative eficiency BUG
this has been looked into
the current value of 53 mil is correct, I can only say at midnight if the calculations are going into the database properly

Re: administrative eficiency BUG
ok, we need to be more explicit:
there was never a problem with the G.A.A.S., this number was showed correctly, the problem is that the AE does NOT update correctly TO all players (there are players that have their AE accurate calculated and players that don't)

Re: administrative eficiency BUG
actually it was a problem with the gaas. If the gaas is low, everyone's AE will dropfivel wrote:ok, we need to be more explicit:

and it does update globally once per day
Re: administrative eficiency BUG
i know that if GAAS is low AE will drop if you have a large army size (i found out the AE formula a few months ago)Admin wrote:actually it was a problem with the gaas. If the gaas is low, everyone's AE will dropfivel wrote:ok, we need to be more explicit:

all i'm saying is that:
there were players that looked at the GAAS (on the income page) and this number was the same on all accounts, BUT the formula was not working properly for everyone, SO there were people with an army size of 150+mil UU with a better AE than players with an army size of less than 110mil UU, even if on the income page the GAAS was the same for everyone.
i dont know if i was clear on my explanation or not, i'm just trying to help.

Re: administrative eficiency BUG
no it was clear, and as I said there was a problem with the gaas and it got fixed
however I did not manually trigger a recalculation of everyone's AE since I wanted to properly check if the whole script that runs once a day and is supposed to do it, would do everything correctly
