Here is a list of updates which should come by the beginning of Round 5:
1) Supreme Medals, Supreme Awards, and Construction Award will give +1 Personal Bonus point per class, but +2 Personal Bonus points for Iron class. This means a total of 5 points will be given whereas before it was 10 points. (So a player maxed out will have a total of 45 Personal Bonus points, while in round 4 the maximum achievable is 60 points).
2) Bonus per personal bonus point will be decreased by about 1/3.
Attack, Defense, Covert, Assassin, Income, UP bonuses will fall from
1.5% 1.6% 1.6% 1.5% 0.6% 0.4% to
1% 1.1% 1.1% 1% 0.4% 0.3% respectively
These two updates will lower the gap between races. Currently a player has a maximum of about 88% military advantage over a player of another race by Personal Bonus points alone ignoring another 10% advantage by unique race resource. (65 PBP)
After the update a player can have a maximum of about 61% military advantage over a player of another race by PBP, which is significantly lower.
3) The possibility to reset your personal bonus points during a round will be removed as all players have the option to change race and PBP each single round.
4) In the future if you farm someone with a strike lower than his defense, then if your strike was less than 50% of enemy defense, you will steal 0% kuwal. For a strike between 50% and 100% you will steal between 0% and 100% kuwal, and with a strike of 100% and more, you will steal all 100% kuwal that you steal now. 100% kuwal refers to 50% empire kuwal, because now and in following rounds it's never possible to steal more than 50% empire kuwal at once.
Example: This means that if someone can be farmed for 400 million kuwal and has 4 million defense, and you farm him with 2 million defense, you will steal 0, if you farm with 3 million defense you will steal 2 million kuwal and if you farm him with 4 million or more defense you will steal all 400 million kuwal. In other words a defense two times bigger than strike will prevent any kuwal to be stolen.

Starting from Round 5 any farm or raid hit where strike is lower than defense will result in 0 kuwal/uu stolen.
In other words, you must have a higher strike than enemy defense if you want to farm or raid.
