Ground and Air support

The ability will be introduced to send part/all of your strike force or airforce to another person.

In case of strike, the targets strike action will increase by the amount of units and weapons you send them, however this troop will suffer a penalty due to the fact that communication with the friendly army is not as perfect as it could be if they were your own troops.

Possible strategies:
Several weak players who cannot afford to build one big strike can combine their powers to bring down a stronger opponent.
Instead of one target (remember that strike can be fully destroyed and massed just like a defense) that is easy to mass an alliance will build up several medium strikes which means the opposing side needs to exert much more effort (i.e. in terms of attack turns) to destroy said strikes.

Airforce support means you will send target some of your fighters supporting them in their battles.

this could be abused, ie every1 in an alliance sends all their attack ppl to 'z' person and then madness.
even with a big loss, there would stil be sum margin of profit available at some point in the game.

kind of like every1 sent uu to 'z' person in tdw, where 'z' person put them all onto the mine planet and was basically gold producer.

You can try running some numbers, but i can promise you it won't be abusable.

Sending troops to someone won't be instantaneous, and the cost won't be tiny either.
Adding to that the 20-30% penalty sent units will have when fighting it means that a group of people will think twice whether to build one big strike with risk loosing it fast or several smaller strikes

that's not hard to do, especially cos cost per hangar will most likely not go up

there should be a cost of how many you can build but cost of ships go up liek sgw mothership
