well the thread is started by you as a proposition, and admin say what wont happen, so that means he has an idea/plan already, so if he would simply give his idea/opinion it would help greatly as this has kinna become a "tail chase"

i'm working on something but i'm still changing ideas as i go so when it's done it will be done and you can look at it on the test server, then discuss, suggest and whatever.

bottom line:
you'll see it before it's on real server
