Activating all inactive medals

I think we have waited enough and it's time to activate the rest of the inactive medals:

Order of Alliance Heroes
Distributed once per month by the leader of an alliance to its alliance members.

Each alliance with at least 3 members can distribute 1 iron alliance medal per month
Each alliance with at least 5 members can distribute 1 bronze and 1 iron alliance medal per month
Each alliance with at least 7 members can distribute 1 silver, 1 bronze and 1 iron alliance medal per month
Each alliance with at least 9 members can distribute 1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze and 1 iron alliance medal per month
Each alliance with at least 12 members can distribute 1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze and 2 iron alliance medals per month
Each alliance with at least 15 members can distribute 1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze and 3 iron alliance medals per month

PS: I recommend all members inactive for 30 days should automatically be kicked out of an alliance to prevent false numbers of alliance members

Order of Honor
Distributed to players who helped the game (Decided by admins)
(for bringing new players to the game, translating into languages, giving usefull suggestions)

Iron Order will be easily achievable (refer 1 player, who stays active AND/OR gave suggestion, which has been implemented in the game)
Bronze Order (refer 5 players, who stay active AND/OR helped the game with work, for example translating the game into new language,)
Silver Order (refer 15 players, who stays active AND/OR helped the game considerably to gain popularity)
Gold Order (refer 50 players, who stays active AND/OR to be agreed by both admins)

Order of Support
Distributed to players who support the game through donations

Iron Order (For Everyone who bought or received a Supporter Status / Trading Ability)
Bronze Order (For everyone who donated a total of 25$ or equivalent value in euros) (for example buying 3x 10$ SS for other people)
Silver Order (For everyone who donated a total of 50$ or equivalent value in euros)
Gold Order (For everyone who donated a total of 100$ or equivalent value in euros)
(Will be done automatically)

Medal of Popularity
Once each month, all players, who achieved certain population (maybe 30.000) will be able to type in an ID number of a person they like the most. (target ID cannot be oneself, cannot be deleted player or player on vacation).

Players with most votes receive gold medal, but must receive at least 5 votes,
2nd place receives silver medal, but must receive at least 4 votes
3rd place receives bronze medal, but must receive at least 3 votes
4th place receives iron medal, but must receive at least 2 votes

After one month, players can vote again. Names of people who received gold medals will appear in gold. You cannot vote for these people anymore. Each month a new person will receive a gold medal.

If the most popular player received only 3 votes, that player will NOT get gold medal, but will get only bronze medal.
In this case, second best will receive an iron medal and that's it for that month.

PS: Not sure if war experience and income medals have been activated yet.

I would also like to suggest the metals of each person be visible. Under each users stats there should be a link to his achievements page. What good are metals if you can't show them off

will the popularity vote be done on the forum or ingame somehow? also could there be a reward for people to vote. more of an incentive for people to actually vote

no need for incentive
if you dont want to vote, you dont vote anyone, simply click on cancel and it counts as if you skip this voting turn.

well admin isn't like admin
there's a bit of work division between us.
He doesn't have access to database for example

I knew he was forum Admin, not a Game admin.


I don't like the fact things like this are not made public knowledge from the beginning, I see no gain from secrecy but it is your game, and yours to govern as you see fit.

there is no game admin ingame
as a matter of fact there is nothing coded that would allow any particular account access to more information or options than any other standard account has already, even the "admin" account is a normal account like any other, except that the ID is 1, but that's where the differences to other accounts end.

ok, two exeptions.
One is a special page for me, and that one only gets uploaded when i need to use it and is deleted all the other time.
The second is where my and his account can look up some limited game statistics that get saved each day like total players registered, number of people logged in the last 1/7/30 days for specific days in the past.

In any case, there is nothing that gives him, or anyone else for that matter, strategic or any other advantage

any other questions? I dont keep stuff secret, at least I never tried to keep it secret.
