how much longer for the medals?

whenever i can be "bothered" to do this.

bothered includes the following conditions:
1) I must "feel" like I want to do it
2) Since my to-code list has not shortened by a bit in the last 12 months of coding, there's absolutely no reason for me to rush anything

it does not have include the following conditions (it could, but not necessarily)
1) something important has a higher priority
2) I dont have any exams I have to study for

As a general guideline:
It will be done, once it's done

Popularity medal and order of alliance heroes released.

Popularity medal works like a normal popularity contest.
People need to have played for a bit before they are eligible to use their votes.
Person with most votes gets best medal at the end of the month and all vote counts are reset.

Alliance Heroes:
At end of month Alliance leaders get the privilege to distribute awards, amount of awards depends on membersize only.
4 Members: 1 Iron
6 Members: 1 Iron, 1 Bronze
8 Members: 1 Iron, 1 Bronze, 1 Silver
10 Members: 1 Iron, 1 Bronze, 1 Silver, 1 Gold
13 Members: 2 Iron, 1 Bronze, 1 Silver, 1 Gold
16 Members: 3 Iron, 1 Bronze, 1 Silver, 1 Gold

Awards can get saved up for consecutive months, they wont disappear.

Dont expect any more "big" updates in the next 1.5-2 months.
Bugfixes and the like, obviously (near) instant handling, nifty gimmicks if they are quick to code, also no problem, if I feel like it.

not gonna bother, makes no difference to the end result.
You wont win any medals if you vote for yourself

how about the suggestion of making achievements page visible for each player? like when you check the user stats, have a link to his achievements page. You could put a flag to hide it in your options if you want to keep them hidden.
