Beta Server Pics

yeh cos links got changed, i can honestly say it's probably easier for me to delete beta server and make a copy of the live one again due to numerous things that got changed both on the user side (page display, etc.) and on server side (extra database tables, etc.) on the live server which i never bothered to test on the online test server. (I just generally test around with it on my home server and then upload it on the live one)

I don't think so. Some people spent time on the testserver to get ahead with the new things and all to be the first to test them, ect. It's not hard to leave the same database and just change what you've changed, unless you want to favour a certain someone, but i don't think so.

Either leave the testserver as it is and add what is new, either delete it forever, because i'd be pissed off to happen the same like the last time: all the NSA UU to Souldog... leave the "dipshits" to raid for 2 months to catch him up.

Or there is a third option: merge the current testserver and the main databases to make a new testserver.


On a final note about this, imo, the testserver is useless because only a few things got reported: the UU kill ratio suggested by me and a few other damage recalculations and the anticovert level of 11000.

jus resest the test server with a copy of the live server. if people complin then boo hoo to them, but its a test server for testing.

ok, updated the test server and finally cleared up all the junk that kinda caused a chaos between the two versions on my computer

the test server should now be identical to the real thing except for a few structural changes in the code which i plan on moving onto real server anyway after i'm sure everything works as it should
