Limiting minimum payment

To make it less attractive to have users get some "inactive" officers i'm considering adding a minimum payment level. Maybe a third or a half of ingame market rate.
Obviously users who are too small to afford to pay such a price will still receive max boost from officers with distributing only 40% of their income.

suggestions?
maybe linking minimum rate to user army size?
i.e. if you're not hit by admin efficiency then you can set whatever you want, above that and you must pay at least half of market rate

how about officers hav 2 click a box every week to remain as an officer. it solves the problem of people getting inactive officers. Or you could tie in summat that the account itself has to be active before you are auto dismisses.

if you do go ahead with this plan then you will mess up my co's very effective offer.

That`s a good ideea. Set the minimum payment.

If there are 20 people offering positions for officers, the 10th will be taken as an example (middle one)

and the
minimum payment should be set as one quarter of his payment.

80.000 is now, so quarter would make a 20.000 minimum payment.

i am against a minimum payment, i don't pay my officers any kuwal but i send them 75% of the UU they give me back, like this i make profit and they make profit

the min rate that will be forced on everyone won't be too high, currently ingame market rate is around 89 mil per k. So i'd set it to be maybe a quarter of it.

The thing with minimum income to officers is a tricky question.

I think players should be kicked from being officers after not logging in for 2 weeks.
Restriction to be 50% of average rate per unit

Now a unit costs roughly 100.000, so each commander has to offer at least 50.000
this is to protect officer who don't know that they can be exploited.
Many newbies will not know that their commander might pay them 1 per uu, simply because they will think this game is fair.
And we should do our best to make the game as fair as possible.

I like the idea of determining the minimum payment through the market prices.

yes but the whole point of my system is that you have a bonus from having a commander whitout exta income bonus, because of no extra income you donn't need extra defense and things like that

i was a participant in a scheme similar to the above, whereby i recieved no kuwal bonus, but more uu than if i was no co, and i found it very effective.

to continue this a minimum payment cannot be enforced. Thus i propese a system of auto no co' when the account in question has been inactive for a period longer than 96hours.( to avoid simply logining in to be counteed as active, a set of conditions could be set that has to be copleted within these 96 hours. ) Then to avoid the ''cheaters'' from loging in every 97 hours to go back to being a officer, the z account cannot either - join kac up to the origional co for 7 days, or to avoid a circleing of inactive officers, z account is not allowed to join under any co for 7 days.

although not a permament fix, this woudl enable a code by admin to show the true 'feeder accounts'' , by fact they woudl be contintually be dismissed.

too much pain, no cost benefit. will stick with some minimum payment and those thing will still work, just a tiny bit tilted toward what it's really meant to be

it's now in effect, min payment is one third of ingame market rates.
If your income is too small to support that rate then you pay the highest amount you are able to support
