I was running perfectly on 50-60% Administrative Efficiency and JUST TODAY, all of a sudden I dropped to 20% please explain why this happened? I have not done anything dramatically different?

If you bothered to read the topic under you. You would see that the Average army size has dropped to 646k and therefore everyone above that hits AE.

So therefore EVERYEONE is fustrated.
